In order to keep our prices reasonable while supplying even the most discriminating buyer with top-notch service, we have implemented the following policies and services:

. TERMS OF PAYMENT. We will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Money Orders issued in the United States. All charge card transactions will be billed as "Midnight Dreams" on your credit card statement. Mail in order form (we will except checks with mail orders, please allow 14 days for check to clear before items are shipped.)2. SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment. All items are inspected for damage and quality before they are shipped to you. While we do our best to see that your order is handled in the most prompt method possible, circumstances beyond our control do not always allow us to guarantee delivery by a certain date. You can be assured, however, that we do monitor delivery status and we will be sure to notify you if we suspect any delays in shipment. We too have been on-line shoppers and realize how frustrating it can be when you are "waiting" for that certain item. We are with you on your order from start to finish. We will send you a confirmation at the time you place your order, and you will be notified on the date your order is shipped. Of course all orders are shipped in discreet packaging for your privacy. Shipping Charges: In order to simplify shipping charges we have implemented the following policy.
Orders Under $150.00 will be charged one low flat fee of $7.00 for standard shipping.
Second Day Air Packages are shipped for $28.00.
Next Day Air $44.00
Orders over $150.00 are shipped FREE! US Priority Mail
Overseas orders are $10.00-$15.00 US Global Priority (Not able to track package and can take a couple weeks)
Please note that weather delays for 2nd day and next day air are not our fault. UPS AND FED EX WILL NOT CREDIT SHIPPING CHARGES DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL. (LIKE THE WEATHER ETC.)
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES. Health regulations prohibit the return or exchange of intimate apparel; including but not limited to thongs, bikinis, lingerie, swimwear, wigs, intimate costumes, or any other garment of that nature. Size exchange or store credit only may be permitted for shoes, boots, and outerwear such as dresses, pants sets, and skirt sets within 14 days of purchaser’s receipt with prior written approval from our sales team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Holiday garments, costumes, special reduced items, hosiery, wigs and lingerie are final sale. Please be sure to double check your size & color selection before placing your order. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
